Dave Myers leads the Highlands Environmental Solutions team, bringing more than 32 years of executive leadership experience in both the public and private sectors. Throughout his career, Dave has successfully led organizations ranging from small teams to large, complex operations, building a reputation for developing high-performing teams, fostering strong client relationships, and delivering exceptional results. 

Dave believes the strength of Highlands lies in its people. Highlands has built a team of experienced environmental professionals committed to providing exceptional technical expertise, responsive communication, and practical solutions that help clients achieve the best possible outcomes. Dave's client-first philosophy and focus on service excellence are key reasons clients continue to return to Highlands project after project. 

Prior to joining Highlands, Dave served in senior leadership roles in education, including as a school superintendent. 

He holds a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and brings extensive experience in organizational management, strategic planning, regulatory compliance, and team development to his role at Highlands. 

Outside of work, Dave enjoys spending time on the water, running, and tackling long-distance cycling challenges throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
